Return Policy

Return Policy: At, your satisfaction is our top priority. The 30 day money back guarantee applies to all LED products sold through that are returned in undamaged, like new condition along with all original packaging, accessories and instructions originally boxed with the product. Please order small sample quantities of LEDs and LED Products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities. Prior to returning any product, the customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) via email at Info@VoidLED. All requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be received within the 30 day period that begins on the original date of purchase. Products must be returned and received at no longer than 45 days from the original date of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return shipment. A full refund will be issued on your returned products approximately 5 business days after receipt of your return shipment. We do not offer refunds on original shipping charges that may apply to your order. reserves the right to refuse, and will return to the customer, all items not meeting the above requirements. We are sorry, but we cannot warrantee and will not allow any returns on halogen or fluorescent bulbs, fixtures, or products.

Defective ProductsA copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements. Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 1 years from the date of purchase, select products have extended warranty periods. Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for.Please call or email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All product specifications are subject to change without notice.Additionally, some of our manufacturers offer warranty periods on certain products that extend beyond the three year period. Warranty information for specific products may be found on an individual product’s webpage or with the product packaging. 

In case of a defect in our products covered under warrantee, at our option we may:

1. Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item; or
2. Refund the original cost of the product.

Damaged in Shipment: Products damaged in shipment should be rejected at delivery or reported to our Customer Care Center no longer than 3 business days following receipt. Please email us at 

Custom Orders: All custom orders are final (Non-refundable/Non-changeable). Custom orders include (but are not limited to): cut items, custom sizes, installed items, non-stock items, and special orders. All other products may incur a 20% restock fee.
